Problem with Permissions Ark server

Hi i have this problem with permission I cannot add people to the groups it throws an error at me and that I should copy its steam id well, try the steam id with the arkshop and it works perfect, but when adding someone to the group it throws me that error, someone can help me in the photos

Having the same issue, ever get it fixed? I know it has to do with setting up a schema or table on MySQL, but sadly, I'm illiterate on that. Guess I'll be watching some youtube videos on it.
