ARK: Server API and plugins

Hi,

I did everything in the instructions to add the ark server api, vote-rewards 1.3b and Shop, Currency & Kits 2.5. But the server stays in a restart mode and never starts. It works fine without the added ark server api and plugins. I use nitrado with windows as the OS.

Nitrado doesn't support the API last time i checked.

Nitrado does not support executing external DLL files due to "security" reasons
