Permissions or VIP doesnt work on wiped Map anymore?

Hi,
we use the VIIP Plugin and Permission with an MySQL Connection. Everything working fine till today. Now we wiped our Aberration map and the VIP Stats dont working anymore... When i write /groups in chat i see my groups displayed and all this groups works perfectly on all other map. but not on aberration?! we dont changed the plugins on this map.. what can be the issue here?

Ok i see... its on all new maps i maked (e.g. a testmap)... plugin runs, authorized, permissions set and worked but the vip stats doesnt worked there... on my old maps (same configuration like permissions or vip plugin) it worked...?!
