Hook Problem. Ark Won't Even Open

I just downloaded the API and installed C++ and the color dino mod. i put API into the WIN 64 folder and the color mod in the plugin folder in it and it gives me an error that says "failed to create hook for APlayerController.ConsoleCommand" One thing i did notice when i watched the video on the download page was they opened a start.bat file that i dont have. could that be why i cant get it to work? i opened the dump bat file and it had a bigger list of errorsit couldnt hook for.

all these say they failed to create a hook... Help??

hi did you get a fix for this error i got this error after the latest update i think its the 322.something ark update, everything was fine till then
